Boolbardie Country Club Inc.Boolbardie Country Club (Golf club) is set approx 9 kms from Denham on the Monkey Mia Road. The clubhouse, which is situated on top of a hill, has one of the best views in the area. The course itself is very testing and can lead to an exciting and sometimes frustrating game of golf, all of this put aside we have our regular group of players who still enjoy playing each week. Shark Bay SpeedwayThe Shark Bay speedway hosts 10 meetings during the racing season and the Far Western Championships in mid July, the largest one day speedway meeting in WA (possibly Australia)! Last year's meeting saw 120 nominations with 110 drivers actually racing on the day, ranging for just 10 years old to 'very mature'!! The course is a clay/sand surface track, you can see photos on our main page along with a calendar of our events. |

Shark Bay Fishing FiestaMake sure you participate in the Shark Bay Annual Fishing Fiesta organised and run by the Shark Bay Fishing Club Inc. This annual fiesta runs for one week every May with lots of different events for gents, ladies and juniors; the various categories suit beach, boat or jetty anglers and even for those keen fly fisherman! It’s fun to participate and fun to watch! |

Shark Bay Bowling ClubShark Bay Bowling club (next to the town oval and tennis courts) is a family friendly club with all welcome. Come and meet are friendly bar staff where the refreshments are always cold and the people are pleasant. We appreciate a neat dress, no singlets or thongs after 6.00pm. Visitors welcome to play bowls or just to socialise. We are equipped with a pool table and a couple of dart boards for any one not playing bowls or if the weather is bad. |
